Terms of Service

1. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your hotel information, for safeguarding credentials, and for the activity of staff you invite.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't use RoomTiq for unlawful purposes or to harass guests.
• Don't reverse-engineer or attempt to access another hotel's data.
• Don't upload documents you don't have authorisation to process.

3. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed per the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; pre-paid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can export and delete your data at any time before termination.

6. Liability

RoomTiq is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the registered office city of RoomTiq.
