1. Information we collect

RoomTiq processes hotel account data (name, address, GST, UPI), staff account data (email, role), and guest data submitted by your hotel (name, gender, DOB, address, ID document images) to provide the service.

2. How we use it

• To operate the platform — check-ins, invoices, reporting.
• To run AI document extraction at your request.
• To send transactional notifications relating to your account.

3. Storage & security

Guest documents are stored in private, encrypted buckets isolated per hotel. Database access is enforced by row-level security tied to your hotel ID. We never share guest data across tenants.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors strictly required to run the service (hosting, AI gateway), bound by data-processing agreements.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your hotel and guest data at any time by writing to privacy@roomtiq.app.
